Even with her WWE contract up in the air, Natalya is having one of the best years of her in-ring career, highlighted by her NXT Underground match against Lola Vice. As a member of the legendary Hart Family, alongside cousins Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Matt Hart, Natalya continues a wrestling legacy that dates back to the 1940s.
In a candid interview with former WWE colleague McKenzie Mitchell, Natalya discussed the future of the Hart Family in wrestling. When asked about what lies ahead after she and her cousins retire, Natalya revealed an exciting prospect: her 12-year-old nephew, Maddox, is training to become a WWE superstar.
“Actually, my nephew Maddox wants to be a WWE superstar,” Natalya shared. “He’s still little, but he’s been training with me and TJ at the Dungeon. He does amateur wrestling in school and is very inspired by Jey Uso. Jey has given Maddox a shirt he wore to the ring, a pair of his glasses, and even sent him a video. So, I think there will be a fourth-generation Hart.”
With Maddox already showing passion and dedication, it seems the Hart Family’s future in wrestling is bright, ensuring the legacy will continue for generations to come.
